Kate Spade's New "Supercalifragilipstick"

Kate Spade products are what our dreams are made of, that’s why we are over the moon to hear that Kate will be teaming up with Poppy King to develop the line’s first cosmetic products. The line will be called “Supercalifragilipstick”! The precious gem is housed in glamorous golden tubes and comes in a sophisticated variety of pinks and reds, as well as a friendly price tag of $24. In addition to the lipstick launch, Kate Spade will launch a line of cosmetic cases to go along with the new lipsticks. I’m sure they will be cute and classy, just like all else Kate Spade.Let's hope for the line to continue into other beauty product, so we can fill out beloved Kate bags with the glam and sophistication of Kate Spade glosses, powders, blushes, etc.  The product will be available in stores and online in September, just in time for the Fall Season!

Guerlain Lingerie De Peau Compact

In September the newest addition to the Guerlain cosmetic family will be little sister to Lingerie de Peau liquid foundation, Lingerie de Peau Compact. Each compact will house a pressed powder and concealer duo to formulations and shades to match your foundation of choice. As with all we expect from Guerlain, state of the art research and formulation have been incorporated into a product that will give SPF 20, light refection for skin perfection and an incorporation of natural fibers to facilitate long wear.

The lighter shades of concealers will be more yellow toned (to conceal blue circles under the eyes) and the more olive tones will be more peachy/apricot (to correct and balance very dark circles under the eyes). There will initially be six color combinations but we can only assume that more will be released as the collection is embraced. We expect these be at counters in September 2011.
