Rouge Allure Velvet Lipstick
A new creation from Peter Philips, the genius mind behind Chanel Beaute; a matte lipstick with a light velvet formula and opaque coverage. With an initial launch in eight shades of beige, pink, reds, and brown. In addition the extraordinary new lipsticks there will also be three new polishes and a matte top coat to compliment the velvety texture of the upcoming lip release. Look for these to grace counters for Fall 2011.
